		<description>Lazlo is not in the real world.  Google should search American candidates first before considering foreign workers.  The H1B visa program was designed to bring in foreign workers if and only if no American can be found with the desired skill set.

The reality is that Google is not willing to pay American wages,  and can pay their H1B holders whatever they want,  because now they have leverage over their H1B workers.   Americans are being left out.

Can an American go over the bangalore and find work?   No way,  not unless they can find an American company to hire them and send them over.

Google must not be looking very hard to find talant,  and would rather wield their brute financial strength to lobby for laws that benefit THEM and not the American worker.
