Nada an Iron in sight
Twenty minutes ago I found out that I have a job interview at 3 oclock today. Nineteen minutes ago I found out I nor my roommate has an iron. My dress shirt and slacks are currently hanging from the shower rod in my bathroom with the hot water draining from our tank… if that doesn’t work I guess I’ll try the dryer… I am not sure how I didn’t think to pack and iron. I guess I just assumed everyone has one. When I lived in a 15 foot by 15 foot box in NYC with a roommate I still had an iron - but somehow I failed to bring one with me to the island.
A trip to K-mart is scheduled for tomorrow.
If you ever get caught without an iron these resources might be helpful.

Follow Up: The shower did not work well - however the dryer proved a bit more useful and I attended my interview with only a slightly wrinkled shirt. (oh and I start on friday)

Each place has its own advantages - heaven for the climate, and hell for the society.

Hey Rob, I follow your adventures because you remind me alot of myself when I was younger. I traveled from place to place also at I get bored fast and need change..Some people can’t relate to that but I understand.
It is busy in NYC with many major films shooting. We lost two network shows 6 Degrees and Kidnapped. I am not a big player I making a living. Lots of paywebsites to submit now in NYC. Here are 2 links.

Direct submit which makes it easy and I have gotten some work.
I mean if you want to do SAG background work its here. The winter is coming up so I envy you being where you are.
Is there any acting work where you are?
I found your wesite by reading Backstage witha post about My Space to Jeffery Houston Web site saw you listed and the rest is histrory.
I will follow your adventures and maybe yopu could stop by Backstage and post we haven’t heard from you in awhile there.
Hope all is well.
I think you have my e mail address feel free if you need any advice or anything we are all in this life together.
